You’ll love this spaghetti squash recipe

The first time I ever tried spaghetti squash was at my acquired grandma Rita’s home over 40 years ago. 

I loved going to her home because she was funny, caring and always full of wisdom.

One evening, I was invited to supper and she had spaghetti on the table… well, I thought it was spaghetti. It was actually squash and, from that point, I was hooked on it!  

That evening, she served the squash in two ways… one with honey and cheddar cheese and the other was with a marinara sauce. Just delicious.  

While there is a bit of a challenge to cut the squash as it has a hard shell, it is easier the more you practice. I have added a trick to do this in the recipe.
