This has been a great week for tomatoes and new recipes. Well, I should say making some things as one of the recipes is a repeat from a couple of years ago.
I made tomato pie as well as some fresh homemade salsa. I have a wonderful friend who posted a tomato pie recipe this week.
I met Anne when she married a dear friend of mine. Yes, he married up! LOL. Anne and Mike live outside of Springfield but we do keep in touch often.
Anne and I enjoy many of the same things and she is a dynamic decorator and cook.
Recently, she has added the title of artist to her long list of talents.Â
