• We had planned this Missouri River trip from Kansas City to Rulo, Neb., for several months.
Walter, his brother Carl, and I originally planned to go with the Kansas City Boat City Boat Club, but due to a severe storm and heavy rains between St. Joseph and Kansas City, the club canceled.
Our plans had ben fermenting for months. Come driftwood or big water, we were still going to go. (Fred Ohrazda)
