Ozark National Scenic Riverways has updated its campground reservation system.
As planned, all developed campgrounds and large group sites are now reservation-only.
These include Big Spring, Alley Spring, Round Spring, Pulltite, Two Rivers, and Akers campgrounds.
Reservations can be made through Recreation.gov or by calling (877) 444-6777. Same-day reservations are available.
Backcountry campgrounds will remain first-come, first-served year-round, as in previous years. Visitors do not need to make reservations for those sites in advance.
