For years, Marissa Rosentreter of Carrollton, Illinois, would dutifully help her husband, Joel, track deer that he had shot if he needed help finding the deer.
Sometimes helping the hubby track a wounded deer in the woods for hours, especially after dark, was not the most fun-filled way to spend an evening with your husband, especially when you are getting stuck in the eye with that occasional branch as you try as hard as you can to follow a scarce blood trail.

Finally, one night after hours of searching in the dark and faced with the prospect of having to cross a deep creek to continue the search, Marissa by her own admission had a “meltdown in the woods” in front of her husband and her father-in-law.
