Missouri Conservation Commission suspends hunting & fishing privileges

The Missouri Conservation Commission met May 23 for a workshop and closed executive session, and May 24 for its regular open meeting. 

All were held at Conservation Department Headquarters, 2901 W. Truman Blvd., in Jefferson City. 

The Commission received the following presentations/reports:

• Comments on Upper Mississippi blinds and decoys regulation recommendations by individuals who submitted written requests prior to the meeting.

• Recommended changes to the Wildlife Code regarding rules pertaining to all portions of the 2024-2025 deer hunting season.

The Commission also:

• Approved recommendations for changes to the Wildlife Code regarding rules pertaining to all portions of the 2024-2025 deer hunting season.
