The Missouri Conservation Commission met Oct. 29 for an operational planning workshop and closed executive session, and Oct. 30 for its regular open meeting, all at River Centre at The Landing in Van Buren.
The Commission:
• Approved a donation of approximately 94.88 acres in Macon County to MDC from the Estate of Kenneth Gladhill.
• Approved the donation of 2.98 acres in the northwest corner of the of the 804-acre Maintz Wildlife Preserve in Cape Girardeau County from MDC to the Millersville Fire Protection District and the disposal of the remaining six acres via online auction.
