How to make a snickerdoodle cheesecake bar

Well, I sure hope you all had a really great Thanksgiving. I headed to Texas to spend time with my sister and we had a wonderful meal at Brennan’s in Houston!  

Yes, that is the same Brennan’s in New Orleans. It was actually quite fun to eat out for that special day.

The meal had 3 courses from a shortened daily menu. For the appetizer, I had a crabmeat cheesecake quiche. 

Fabulous.  I am not quite sure why they listed it as a quiche’ as it was more like a cheesecake!  

I am sure it was full of cream cheese, eggs and some cream. Good thing it was a small slice which I shared with the others at my table!  

My entree’ was Red Snapper with crabmeat, shrimp and some fried oysters on a bed of mushroom rice.
