Go plant a tree

These days it seems like more and more I am trying to think of something to do with my son, Truman, that doesn’t involve being indoors.

During the week, he goes to school and we go to work. In the evenings we have our family routines like dinner, bath time, bedtime, and the next day we more or less repeat the cycle.

If you look on the Internet there are several lists of things to do with family, including: baking a cake, going to the park, having a picnic, etc.

One Saturday in 2011, we decided we would do something different and plant a tree in our backyard. We went to a local store and browsed around together until we found one that suited our tastes.
