On Saturday, Feb. 29, at 6 p.m. the Gateway Bass’n Gals Club will host the 14th Annual Mice Races in St. Charles, Mo.
The event will feature six races, a championship race, and also raffles. Some of the raffle items will include a tackle bag full of fishing tackle and winner’s choice gun raffle, along with others.
Beer and snacks will be also be present, so attendees must be 21 or older to come in. Even though some refreshments will be offered, attendees can also bring in their own food and drinks.
The names of the mice are on sale right now for $10 in advance, or will be sold for $15 at the door.
In years past, the Gateway Bass’n Gals Club has raised $3,000 that goes back into the club to get donated to local organizations.
The club meets the first Wednesday of every month at JJ’s Restaurant in St. Charles at 7 p.m.
If anyone is interested in joining the club or getting more information, they are encouraged to attend a meeting.
The event will be hosted at the Harvester Lions Club, at 4835 Central School Road in St. Charles, Mo.
