It’s no secret to my regular readers that I have a passion for paddlefish, aka spoonbill.
I love catching these huge fish and I love putting them on the grill and in the deep fryer. That is a great combination.
Missouri’s spoonbill season opened on March 15, and on the 18th I was on Lake of the Ozarks hunting these monsters.
