Jenko Fishing sells fishing products in New Concord, Ky.
The company was founded in 2016 and has expanded into the bass and crappie markets.
“Owner/designer Coleton Jennings started the company at 17 years old,” said Matt Jennings, co-owner of the business and Coleton’s father. 
Coleton took his lure designs and won the high school world championship. His longtime friends and Crappie Master National Champion Tony Sheppard heads up the designing of the crappie products along with Matt.
“What started in May as a ‘garage company’ owned by a teenager has now evolved into a thriving fishing business,” said Matt.
Their products are featured in major retailers such as Bass Pro, Dick’s, Tackle Warehouse, and Grizzly Jig with several more to come, according to Jennings.
