This month marks my one year anniversary writing for the Traveler and I must say I’ve enjoyed the experience very much.
I am thankful for the opportunity Jimmy Sexton and his staff have given me and appreciate all their support and confidence.
As with anyone that writes for a publication, I am always thrilled to hear from our readers. Last month’s submission (“How Much Scope Do You Really Need?”) must have struck a chord with many of you because I received several emails on the topic.
Some readers agreed with me. A couple did not. And a few more wanted to get my take on different types of optics.
One particular gentleman was seeking advice on how to mount and zero a scope for his rifle. I gave him a few tips that helped line it out, but I got to thinking this could make for a good article.
