To the Editor,
Well, we got done feeding the chickens, working the gardens and getting the bees needs taken care of and I finally got to mix a little bourbon and water, sit down on the porch and open the latest copy of the River Hills Traveler.
As the ceiling fans whirred overhead, and the tree frogs commenced to croaking, I was reminded, through the pages of your peachy publication, just how glad I am to be one of those redneck Missouri boys!
Keep up the good work, Jimmy. You’ve done this storied little newspaper proud.
